Job summary

The Liberty Clinic is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead ambulatory nursing practice and deliver high-quality care for ambulatory patients. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate nursing teams, and support quality, safety, and regulatory standards within the clinic setting.

You will oversee staff development, performance evaluations, and collaboration with administrative and nursing leadership to ensure excellent patient care and strong teamwork across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Five or more years of clinical nursing experience in the practice area.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of nursing care for ambulatory patients within the department.
• Provide clinical leadership to nursing teams and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee staff development and personnel management.
• Collaborate with department and nursing leadership to ensure excellent patient care and team collaboration.
• Promote evidence-based practice and develop quality and safety initiatives.
• Manage budget, purchases, and inventory related to the unit.
