Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Master's Degree Doctor of Nursing Practice preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with hiring, education and performance evaluation of the staff.
• Works with Nurse Manager and HR in performance management counseling and discipline.
• Collaborates with leadership to establish patient care standards and evaluate staff compliance.
• Serves as a mentor for clinical practice excellence and staff satisfaction.
• Creates and maintains a supportive work environment for the team.
• Maintains a safe and caring environment, meeting patient and family expectations for care.
