Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals Gotham Health is seeking a Nursing Leadership professional to develop and implement strategic plans for assigned community health sites and align nursing practice with standards to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Working with Nursing, Administrative and Medical leadership, you will guide patient care initiatives, oversee budget and quality improvement programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across ambulatory care settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing Administration or related field.
• Three years of nursing experience with two in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; four years total nursing experience, three in admin.
• BLS certification may be required and must be obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned community health sites.
• Align nursing practice with regulatory and accrediting standards to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance, develop action plans, and address patient care issues.
• Lead budget monitoring, cost containment, and quality improvement initiatives.
