Job summary
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations within Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Infusion Center services at multiple locations in Houston. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure compassionate patient care, and contribute to Cancer Center accreditation processes.
The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS, oncology certifications, and prior supervision experience, with salary ranging from $72,800 to
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved RN program
- Current Texas RN license
- BLS certification
- Oncology certifications (OCN/ONS) within specified timelines
- 5+ years RN experience
- 2+ years oncology/infusion experience
- 2+ years supervisor/leadership experience
- Proficient with MS Office
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical responsibilities of Hematology/Oncology Clinic, Radiation Oncology Clinic, and Infusion Center operations
- Be knowledgeable in Cancer Services Department operations
- Lead multidisciplinary team to deliver competent, compassionate patient care
- Contribute to Cancer Center accreditation processes
