Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced Staff Nurse: Ambulatory to join the Ambulatory Care team in MA. The nurse will practice under the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model, ensuring high quality, individualized patient care and seamless coordination with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities include health teaching, counseling, and development of a culturally competent, age-appropriate plan of care.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN preferred; graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Licensure/Certification: MA RN license and BLS; ACLS as required by department.
• Experience: Acute care medical-surgical experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per Lahey ambulatory practice model and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and ambulatory staff to plan and coordinate care.
• Educate patients/families and document care plans and outcomes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and continuity of care across the patient episode.
