Job summary

The nurse will work under supervision within the Ambulatory department, following MA Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and institutional policies to ensure safe, effective care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved and/or accredited School of Nursing with MA RN license to practice.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Acute care medical-surgical experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with strong organizational skills.
• Perform systematic patient and family assessment and document health data.
• Develop culturally competent plans of care and involve patient/family in decision making.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
