Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care by organizational skills to maintain safe delivery of quality care.
• Perform systematic patient and family assessment and record relevant health data.
• Develop culturally competent plan of care addressing patient problems and outcomes.
• Deliver age-appropriate care and monitor for acute changes; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications including blood and blood products.
