Job summary

Harris Health is seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager to lead operations and care delivery in one or more clinic areas. You will oversee human resources, quality, and financial management in collaboration with clinic leadership.

You will coach nursing staff in NPPM-guided practices, drive targeted outcomes, and ensure compliance with professional standards and policies across the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; Master's preferred.
• Texas RN license required; certification in nursing specialty/administration within 2 years.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical experience; 1+ year of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and care delivery for one or more clinics or areas.
• Coach nursing personnel in Nursing Professional Practice Model (NPPM) guided practices.
• Ensure area care delivery, quality management, and staff utilization align with NPPM.
