The Nurse Manager works collaboratively with the other clinic services, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site clinical and patient related services; facilitates communication, coordination and planning between clinical departments and oversees interaction with other non-clinical departments. QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Master's Preferred)
2. Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
3. Strong experience in ambulatory family practice health care, program administration, clinical operations, and employee supervision.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with people from diverse cultures.
5. Experience with case management helpful.
