UCSF Health seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead ambulatory care operations at the UCSF Stanyan & Hyde Clinics in San Francisco. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care across primary and specialty services while ensuring efficient clinic workflows.

You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians and administration to drive service quality, patient satisfaction, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Required supervisory and/or management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Strong clinic/center patient care management skills and knowledge of scheduling, customer service, regulatory compliance, accreditation requirements, and IT
• Strong interpersonal skills to create a collaborative environment
• Leadership, fiscal and operations management skills to collaborate with physicians and staff
• Knowledge of healthcare IT and patient care workflows
• Experience with regulatory requirements, licensing and compliance environments
• Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively

Responsabilités

• Manage ambulatory patient care delivery, including nursing, and potentially lab/radiology services
• Facilitate smooth flow of patient care activities and support clinic operations
• Lead and develop clinic teams to ensure high-quality patient care and service levels
• Collaborate with physicians and management to improve processes and outcomes
