Requirements include California RN licensure and a BSN (MSN preferred), strong leadership, and knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Supervisory/management experience in a clinic setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. California RN license.
• Strong patient care management and scheduling knowledge.
• Collaborative decision-making and team leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
