Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, offers excellent service experience using AIDET.
• Performs patient support and coordinates with providers for timely care.
• Completes administrative duties, vitals, and documentation in the EMR.
• Manages rooming, labs, reports, and insurance forms within the EMR system.
• May administer vaccines and collect specimens per established protocols.
• Assists with prior authorizations and referrals as needed.
• Supports multidisciplinary team and maintains regulatory standards.
