Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ, is seeking a nonexempt Medical Assistant to support physicians and ambulatory care teams. You will greet patients, assist with daily clinical tasks, and coordinate care under supervision to ensure smooth visits.

Requirements include at least one year of medical facility experience, EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injections; Epic experience is preferred. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and customer service

Competenze

Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical facility as a medical assistant.
EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection experience.
Epic experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated customer service skills.

Mansioni

Greet patients and guests utilizing AIDET and provide excellent service.
Assist with clinical tasks under physician/ RN supervision in ambulatory settings.
Keep patients informed of delays and offer alternatives when needed.
Support the care team and coordinate workflows to ensure smooth visits.
Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout visits.
