• Record vitals, assist with rooming, and document in the EMR (including MyChart as applicable).
• Assist physicians/providers with examinations, orders, and patient care coordination.
• Perform/assist with administrative duties, scheduling, and referrals as needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accurate charting.
