Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians, providers and nurses across ambulatory settings. You will greet patients using AIDET, assist with patient flow and basic procedures, and coordinate care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical facility as a medical assistant.
• EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary procedures, and injections experience.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests utilizing AIDET and provides excellent service experience.
• Provides patient support and keeps informed of delays.
• Takes appropriate action including offering alternatives.
