Harris Health System, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide patient care and education in ambulatory clinics under the supervision of a registered nurse, physician assistant, or physician.

The LVN will use the nursing process to meet patients' physical, social, psychological and spiritual needs and coordinate care to support predictable outcomes. Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Texas LVN license, with BLS

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Current Texas LVN license.
BLS certification from hospital-based AHA program.
Ambulatory clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care and education in ambulatory clinics under direct supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Coordinate care with the healthcare team to optimize patient understanding and outcomes.
Apply the nursing process to meet physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients.
