Job summary

The LVN coordinates care with the nursing team to meet physical, social, and educational needs of patients and supports treatment plans. The ideal candidate will hold a Texas LVN license, have graduated from an accredited nursing program, and possess BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (AHA hospital-based program) certification.
