Millennium Physician Group is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for our Fort Myers, FL ambulatory clinic. You will provide essential nursing care under supervision, collect data, administer medications, educate patients, and document care in the electronic health record.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to clinical guidelines, and efficient care delivery within established protocols. Florida licensure and BLS are required or preferred; full-time status with benefits is offered.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred; other certifications may be required by setting.

Mansioni

• Collect patient histories, vital signs and symptoms and report findings to the clinician.
• Administer medications, immunizations and routine nursing interventions per policy.
• Prepare patients and rooms for visits, tests, and procedures.
• Perform approved clinical procedures and specimen collection within scope.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and follow-up care.
• Document assessments and care activities accurately in the EHR.
• Escalate changes in patient condition to a licensed clinician.
