Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) – Outpatient Clinic in Lehigh Acres, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth and a supportive environment with 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, clinical testing, documentation, and collaboration with the health care team. Training is provided; potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of related healthcare experience required.
• Experience with Epic EMR and ambulatory care.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Document patient medical history, medications, allergies, surgeries in EMR.
• Conduct phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Provide patient education on self-care and disease management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient outcomes.
