Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide licensed nursing care in ambulatory/clinic settings under supervision. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, administering medications, preparing exam rooms, and supporting procedures.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program and an active LPN/LVN license in Florida.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred; other certifications may be required by setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient histories, vital signs, and clinical data.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and routine nursing interventions.
• Prepare clinical rooms and supplies for visits and procedures.
• Perform nursing tasks within scope of practice and assist clinicians.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, care plans, and follow-up.
