• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 5 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of nurse manager or leadership experience.

• Collaborates across interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely access and coordination of care.
• Oversees patient flow, safety, and quality programs; participates in Joint Commission audits.
