Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking an RN Flow Manager to lead ambulatory clinical operations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The Flow Manager will supervise RNs and support staff, respond to real-time operational needs, and collaborate with Nursing Directors and Practice Managers across Dermatology sites. Based primarily at 221 Longwood Avenue with travel to Chestnut Hill and Faulkner Hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing; BSN required.
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
• Current registration in nursing in Massachusetts; MSN/DNP/PhD or BSN with master's degree required.
• Current certification required or to be attained within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite clinical operations across multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide leadership and supervision to RNs, LPNs, and medical assistants.
• Ensure patient care is safe, timely, and aligned with quality standards.
• Oversee use of technology and practice management systems to support population health management.
