Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
Eight years of front desk registration leadership experience.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Proficient in World Class Service Excellence: Chief First Impression Officer, AIDET, Service Recovery (HEART).
Proficient in Epic EHR or equivalent electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee Ambulatory Business Operations offices across a geographic region.
Ensure service excellence, registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and referral authorization.
Coach and develop supervisors; ensure appropriate coverage for patient volume.
Assist with implementation of organizational initiatives and data analysis.
