Under the guidance of the Director/Nurse Manager, you'll grow as a leader while driving operational excellence and supporting a high-performing team.

You will mentor clinical staff, oversee budgets and quality initiatives, optimize staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop policies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Active Michigan RN license.
• BCLS/ACLS per unit.
• Two years RN experience.
• Unit-specific certifications expected.

• Lead and mentor clinical staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and quality initiatives across the department.
