Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Information Technology professional to lead the selection, development, and deployment of advanced clinical and financial systems for its Ambulatory units.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to work autonomously while building cross-functional process linkages to improve patient safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or a healthcare related degree with experience
• An associate degree with commensurate job related experience
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 years
• Epic certification and experience preferred
• 5 years Application Systems Analyst experience or ambulatory Revenue Cycle background
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical teams and end users
• Solid understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements
• Strong presentation skills addressing management and clinicians

Responsibilities

• Lead selection, development, implementation and adoption of advanced clinical and financial systems for Ambulatory process units
• Work autonomously while building technical and best-practice process linkages
