Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information management, business management or related field.
• Five to eight years in information management with at least three in a leadership role.
• Epic certifications preferred for Epic applications teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ambulatory care information systems staff and departments.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff and clinical leadership to introduce new technology.
• Assess processes and redesign workflows to support safe patient care.
• Promote technologies that aid clinical decision-making and data capture for quality improvement.
• Manage resources for deployment of the electronic medical record and supporting systems.
• Represent clinical information systems in leadership and strategic planning meetings.
