Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Training Specialist - Ambulatory Education for a full-time, day position. The role completes the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of caregiver and leadership development programs and courses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with projection equipment and/or webinar technology.
• Preferred: Experience in a large or multi-campus organization.
• Preferred: Epic training experience or certification.

Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, develops, implements and evaluates training programs using PeaceHealth standards.
• Uses ROI methodology to measure results against objectives.
• Develops instructor manuals, training materials and job aids; mentors others.
• Coordinates system-wide training and collaborates with LD and leadership teams.
