• Minimum two (2) years education program/curriculum design experience, required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience with an electronic Medical Record; Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee professional development and training for the clinic network.
• Develop and maintain a strategy to ensure staff meet skill and competency objectives.
• Provide supervision to staff and coordinate education initiatives with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Clinic Leadership to maintain clinical competency across staff.
• Develop educational programs and operational budgets for proposals.
