Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nebraska or equivalent
• BSN preferred; leadership training encouraged
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; dialysis/nephrology preferred
• CMS ESRD personnel qualifications compliance required
• Ability to lead and collaborate with providers and departments
• Proficient with electronic health records and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational leadership for ambulatory dialysis services.
• Oversees nursing assessments, treatment monitoring, and vascular access care.
• Ensures patient monitoring and timely escalation of complications.
• Coordinates care with Nephrology Medical Director and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains regulatory readiness, quality improvement, and infection prevention.
• Leads staff recruitment, supervision, orientation, and competency validation.
• Supports budget planning, resource allocation, and purchasing.
• Promotes culturally centered care for Indigenous relatives.
