Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license with CPR, and prior dialysis experience to support clinical services and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license and CPR certification required.
• Dialysis experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow in the clinic related to patient care.
• Provide ongoing training to nursing staff.
• Obtain patient vitals and update medical history in the EMR.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians as needed.
• Refill provider-authorized medications via EMR, fax, or phone as appropriate.
• Offer direction and counseling on medical therapies as directed by the physician.
• Act as patient liaison and advocate.
• Ensure patients receive all necessary educational materials.
• Schedule surgeries and diagnostic tests with patient coordination.
