Qualifications

• BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider as per the American Heart Association (Required)
• Registered Nurse - PA, PA-C, CRNP, or CRNA (Required)
• BS/BSN (Required) and 7+ years of total clinical experience, including 5+ years of management experience (Required)
• Master of Arts or Science (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership to ambulatory care and ensures top scope of practice and patient focus.
• Monitors operational budgets and sustainment of efficient workflows.
• Collaborates with departmental leadership to develop strategic operating and financial plans.
• Ensures compliance with Regulatory and Infection Prevention guidelines and supports quality initiatives.
• Leads departmental committees and drives patient safety, care coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration.
