Job summary

SCA Health in Seattle is seeking a Clinic Site Supervisor to lead and promote cooperative staff effort so patients experience a quality care environment.

You will coordinate daily activities of business support and clinical personnel, set priorities, resolve operational issues, and ensure tasks meet short-term objectives. A high school diploma and healthcare supervisory experience are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Two years of related experience in a healthcare organization and/or medical supervisory experience.

• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
• Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan
• Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external)
• Staffing and Utilization of Clinical Personnel
  • Assigns clinical staff personnel based on levels of competency and the needs of the center.
  • Assures equitable staff assignments.
  • Participates in selection of clinical personnel.
