Job summary

Providence Swedish Medical Group in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to coordinate and lead the clinical support staff and workflows, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely patient care. You will work with physicians to align nursing practices and uphold clinic policies.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and 3 years of direct patient care, preferably in ambulatory settings; ACLS is preferred. Opportunity to contribute to a large, mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing or related field (preferred).
• Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic.
• Leads clinical staff to ensure patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.
• Works directly with physicians regarding their practice related to the nursing department.
• Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
