Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking an onsite Operations Supervisor in Brookline before transitioning to Waltham after 4-6 months of training. The role focuses on managing administrative staff, coordinating patient registration, scheduling, and billing to bolster the patient experience.

Responsibilities include staff development, regulatory compliance, budget monitoring, and fostering ECES values. A minimum of an Associate’s degree plus 3 years of leadership experience is required, with Epic

Competenze

• Three years of leadership experience required.
• Epic experience highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and demonstrate empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital systems, operations, and managed care.

• Supervises administrative staff, interviews, hires, orients, trains and assesses staff.
• Manages registration, scheduling, and billing processes to improve patient experience.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
