Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse: Ambulatory Care in Beverly, MA. The nurse collaborates with physicians and other staff to coordinate and deliver high-quality ambulatory care in line with the Lahey Clinic practice model and state standards.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and education of patients and families. Requires MA RN license, BLS, and ACLS as required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Acute care experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and families, plan care, and document data.
• Deliver safe nursing care, including ADLs, meds, and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain professional relationships and educate patients and families.
• Demonstrate ethical, evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
