Fairview Health Services is seeking a driven Registered Nurse to join the Tamarack clinic in Woodbury, MN. The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours biweekly) with 8-hour days and a schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday, and 7:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. Travel to Stillwater and River Falls clinics may be required. The RN will plan, organize, and provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate documentation, and improving

Formación

• Must hold a valid RN license in Minnesota or applicable state.
• Ambulatory/clinic experience preferred; 1 year is desirable.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and implement nursing interventions per plan of care.
• Provide professional nursing care in ambulatory setting following standards.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Docu ment patient care accurately and timely and support workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with care team to support patients and families.
