Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care in our ambulatory care clinic. The RN will plan, organize, and coordinate care, follow standards, educate patients, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while supporting a patient- and family-centered approach.

The role requires an active RN license in Minnesota, BLS certification, and 1 year of ambulatory or women's health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota or state of practice
• 1 year ambulatory care or women's health experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and nursing outcomes.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate care in ambulatory clinic.
• Deliver care following physician orders and nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Support care team to improve processes and patient experience.
