Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks an Ambulatory Care RN on Gonda 7. You will deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, and coordinate perioperative and perianesthesia services in an outpatient setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and at least one year of RN experience; visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program acknowledged by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• Documentation of baccalaureate degree in nursing may be required depending on RN start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and educate patients and families.
• Provide perioperative and perianesthesia care in outpatient settings.
• Coordinate care and assist with moderate sedation as directed.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; train and mentor staff.
• Demonstrate leadership through precepting and quality improvement activities.
