Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) on Gonda 7, responsible for perioperative and post-anesthesia care in the outpatient setting. The RN delivers direct patient care, educates patients and families, and collaborates with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires nursing licensure, and Sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and on-call is expected; base compensation rewards experience

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active RN license in applicable state.
• One year of professional RN experience or more.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to cross-coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in outpatient settings, including perioperative care.
• Coordinate nursing care and educate patients and families.
• Possess strong communication and mentoring skills, and participate in quality improvement.
