The role requires ADN/BSN pathways, RN licensure, and ability to work variable hours across days/evenings. Cross-coverage and leadership opportunities are available within the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA; one year RN experience required.
• New grads must obtain a BSN within five years from the RN start date.
• Prior to April 1, 2020, documentation of BSN per degree requirement at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in ambulatory/outpatient settings.
• Coordinate perioperative and perianesthesia care planning and education.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in quality improvement and leadership activities.
