Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) for Gonda 7, to deliver direct patient care in the outpatient setting. You may work in the operating room or perioperative areas, coordinating pre-/post-operative care with the anesthesia team.

Responsibilities include patient education, care planning, and collaboration with the nursing team. A current RN license, ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited program, and flexibility with shifts are required; TN sponsorship is possible for

Qualifications

• RN with current license in applicable state.
• Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in ambulatory/outpatient setting.
• Coordinate perioperative and pre-/post-anesthesia care.
• Educate patients and families; orient and mentor peers.
