Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the care team.
• Accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Performs assessments (initial, ongoing, functional), diagnoses, and documents health status.
• Plans nursing interventions based on diagnoses to achieve patient outcomes, and evaluates responses to care.
• Participates in revising care plans and process improvement activities to enhance quality, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Supports safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
