Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse settings. You will assess, diagnose, document health status, and plan interventions within the guidelines of the Ohio Board of Nursing.

The role requires an ADN, active RN license in Ohio, and BLS certification. Expect a day shift with 40 hours weekly in the Bone and Joint Ambulatory department, with a commitment to safety, quality, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• RN license in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support certification.

• Supports safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
