Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group, based in Evanston Hospital. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with standard M-F hours and some travel to other locations. You will provide nursing care under physician supervision and manage patient communications and charting in Epic EMR.

Requirements include IL RN license, ASN minimum (BSN preferred), and BLS/CPR certification. Travel and flexible hours may be required to meet operations needs.

Qualifications

• IL licensed Registered Nurse required.
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under direction of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Handle phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic EMR.
