Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse at Evanston Hospital. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–7:30 pm with rotating weekends and no travel required, in a system focused on quality and community care.

The RN provides care across patient populations, applies the nursing process, ensures regulatory compliance, and mentors unlicensed staff while promoting safety and high-quality experiences for patients.

Qualifikationen

• BSN degree preferred and IL nursing license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
