Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group at Evanston Hospital. This full-time role offers daytime hours Mon-Fri with some travel between locations.

Responsibilities include nursing care under supervision, phone triage, charting in Epic, and patient education. IL licensure, ASN minimum, and BLS/CPR are required; BSN preferred, with 1 year of office/hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care and patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record
