Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group at Evanston Hospital. This full-time role involves delivering nursing care, triage over the phone, managing test results, and patient education while supporting physicians and staff in a busy ambulatory setting.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, with some travel between locations and flexible hours to meet patient needs. A IL nursing license and BLS are required, with ASN as a minimum and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care and patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.
