Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in a clinic or ambulatory setting.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
• Current CPR/BLS certification – approved vendors: AHA, ARC

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned medical practice(s).
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care, standard workflows, and high performance.
• Partner with providers to ensure efficient workflows and patient experience.
• Monitor budgets and manage expenses; drive cost-control initiatives.
• Drive program development for improved outcomes and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HR, safety, HIPAA, and attendance policies.
• Respond to patient concerns and initiate service recovery and process improvements.
• Maintain effective working relationships with staff, providers, leadership, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with IT and providers on Epic EMR go-lives and optimization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field
