Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory healthcare experience, experience with EPIC/APeX, and a Master's in Healthcare leadership or Finance. This role requires collaboration with physicians, medical directors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory and/or management experience in a complex healthcare setting.
• Experience with budgets, fiscal management, and revenue cycle.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to ambulatory settings.
• Ability to lead and mentor physicians and medical directors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple ambulatory sites to align with enterprise goals.
• Develop and implement operational processes and resources for efficient patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage capital and operating budgets to meet financial targets.
• Build partnerships with internal/external stakeholders and regulators.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and quality control in clinics.
