Job summary

MarinHealth seeks an Advanced Practice Leader to provide operational leadership across multiple ambulatory clinics within the MarinHealth Medical Network. You will drive alignment with safety, quality, affordability and access targets while supervising diverse teams.

The role requires 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience, strong budgeting skills, and a collaborative approach to working with physicians and leaders to meet enterprise goals. This is a day shift at our California sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's in Healthcare, Leadership and/or Finance or related field or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience in a complex multi-site healthcare setting with budgets/revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to multiple service lines and locations within the MarinHealth Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, local regulations and clinic standards.
• Develop and implement operating plans, standardize workflows, and manage capital/operating budgets.
